My name is Umair Jan Malik, and I’m really glad to be here today. I’m from Fateh Jang, and I’ve recently completed my FSC in Pre-Engineering.
I’ve worked for about six months in a call centre, where I handled Auto and Home campaigns. During that time, I improved my communication and customer-handling skills, learned how to manage tough situations calmly, and consistently met my targets.
I truly enjoy helping customers and making sure they have a positive experience. I’m confident that my attitude, clear communication, and dedication to my work will make me a valuable addition to your team.

2. Experience Questions
Q: Tell us about your previous call centre experience.
I worked for 6 months in Auto and Home campaigns, where my main task was to call customers, explain services, and convince them to take our offers. I learned how to handle objections, maintain a professional tone, and manage time efficiently.
Q: What did you like most about your last job?
I liked interacting with different customers and learning how to communicate effectively with them.
Q: What was the most difficult customer you handled?
Once, a customer was very upset because of a billing issue. I stayed calm, listened carefully, and explained the solution politely. In the end, the customer appreciated my patience.

Q: Why should we hire you?
Because I already have experience in call centre work, I understand how to handle calls, and I can quickly adapt to your system. I’m hardworking, punctual, and I always focus on achieving targets.
Q: How is your English communication?
My English is good. I can understand and speak clearly with customers. During my previous job, I used to talk to U.S. clients daily.
